Service Agreement
By submitting a device for repair, the customer authorizes ConsolesMedics to carry out the necessary work as specified in the provided estimate or quotation. If additional repairs become necessary, authorization will be sought from the customer before proceeding.
Estimates and Payment
All estimates are provided on a non-binding basis. While accuracy is a priority, unforeseen issues may impact the final cost. Full payment is required upon completion of the repair. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and bank transfers. Devices will not be released until payment has been received in full.
Data and Liability
Customers are advised to back up all data prior to repair. While every precaution is taken to safeguard information, ConsolesMedics is not liable for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. The company is also not responsible for any media left in the device (e.g., SIM cards, SD cards, discs) unless explicitly documented.
Unclaimed Devices
Devices remaining in our possession for more than 70 days after notification of completion, or notification of being unrepairable, will be deemed abandoned. ConsolesMedics reserves the right to dispose of, recycle, or sell abandoned devices to recover costs.
Limitation of Liability
Liability for any claim arising from the repair service is limited to the lesser of the cost of the repair or the replacement value of the device. ConsolesMedics accepts no responsibility for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
